RETURN POLICY

There is a 30-day warranty If your product is damaged or if your order was processed incorrectly. Most items we carry have manufacturers warranty's a small number of items do not have a warranty and are sold as-is (NO WARRANTY ON GLUE TABS, GLUE OR OTHER CONSUMABLE ITEMS). If there is an issue with the product you purchased please give us a call and we will work with you to resolve the issue. All returns made are good only for an in-store credit only and will only be accepted if made within 10 days from the original purchase date. All returns must be in new condition with the original manufacturers packaging. PDR Outlet reserves the right to refuse returns for any reason or for product misuse or abuse.

If the buyer has purchased the wrong product or wishes to return a product within 10 days it is the responsibility of the buyer to cover all shipping costs and fees.

All electronics including but not limited to T-Hotbox, Power PDR Box, Autel systems and lighting systems -This item can be returned within 10 days of purchase as long as it’s in new condition.  There will be a 20% restocking fee for returns.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Tools purchased at PDR Outlet that are broken will be handled according to the manufacturer's guidelines. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All tools that are returned must have postage or shipping costs paid to and from PDR Outlet and must have a letter which contains a copy of a receipt and a correct return address with phone number.
