PDR Outlet ships worldwide and all International Shipping is via UPS. The buyer is responsible for all customs and duties charges.


 There is a 10-day warranty if your product is damaged or if your order was processed incorrectly. Please give us a call and we will exchange a new one to you at no cost.

 If the buyer has purchased the wrong product, it is the responsibility of the buyer to cover all shipping costs and fees.

 Any tools or accessories returned within 10 days will be given in-store credit only as long as they are in new condition.  After 10 days, no tools will be returned. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 No cash returns will be given on tools for any reason at any time.

 Broken Tools: Tools purchased at PDR Outlet that are broken will be handled according to the manufacturer's guidelines. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 T-Hotbox: This item can be returned for in-store credit within 10 days of purchase as long as it’s in new condition.  There will be a 20% restocking fee for all T-Hotbox returns.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 PDR Outlet reserves the right to refuse returns for any reason.

UPS orders placed before 12 noon Central Standard Time usually will ship out the same day during standard business hours via UPS unless requested otherwise or unless items are out of stock. USPS ORDERS WILL SHIP THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY - THERE IS NO GUARANTEE WHEN OR IF YOU WILL GET YOUR PACKAGE IF YOU CHOOSE USPS -  Back-ordered items or items that are out of stock will ship when they become available. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. We reserve the right to choose a different shipping carrier if we need to due to the size of package, destination or any other reason we see fit. PDR Outlet is not responsible for carrier shipping delays due to weather, holiday season delays, acts of God or any other type of carrier delay. Orders placed during the peak hail season may take an additional 1-2 business days for processing. Some orders may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. All orders being shipped in the state of Texas is subject to Texas State Sales Tax.
