Maximum capability. Zero compromise.
The Glexo Full Set is a complete cold glue solution designed to handle a full spectrum of tasks in paintless dent repair (PDR) and bodywork. Developed for professionals, this system combines powerful adhesion, modularity, and speed — drastically improving workflow efficiency and repair profitability.
High-performance cold glue with non-Newtonian behavior: soft at rest, rigid on impact — ensuring maximum energy transfer
Universal compatibility with standard PDR slide hammers (except aluminum-based tools)
Reinforced threads and patented O-ring system for reliable, vibration-resistant tool connection
Long-lasting glue composition that performs across a wide temperature range
Fast tab-switching system thanks to the proprietary Glexo quick-mount design
Large Rectangular Tab – for wide, even lifting with minimal central pressure
Large Round Tab – for focused pulling with high force concentration
Small Round Tab – for precision work on local dents and tight zones
Crease Rectangular Tab – for elongated or narrow damage along body lines
All tabs are metal-based and engineered for durability under high loads.
Clean and degrease tabs thoroughly before glue application
Preheat the metal tab to ~70 °C / 160 °F before applying cold glue
Use approx. 7 mm (0.3") glue layer per tab for optimal performance
Store tabs with glue using the included anti-adhesive films — no need to remove glue after each use
Choose the tab shape based on your goal: round for central pulls, rectangular for distributed lift
For best adhesion on the panel, clean the surface with Glexo SPS wipes
For maximum pulling force, warm the repair surface slightly before use
Do not use aluminum slide hammers - this may result in hammer head damage
Always ensure tab threads are fully seated and tightened before pulling
Tabs can be used at angles or with partial contact for advanced shaping effects
